Stucco Column Repair & Installation

When columns are installed without proper clearance, moisture easily reaches the wooden frame. We recommend installing a concrete footing with a 4-inch clearance to protect the column base and prevent moisture from wicking into the frame. Prevent damage by installing concrete footings and raising the base to allow water to drain properly.
