I write this letter in recommendation of Marco Jimenez as a stucco and framing repair specialist. I had the pleasure of working with Marco and his associates on the replacement of 70% of the stucco and framing on our house in 2019. I can recommend him highly and without reservation Throughout the course of the project, Marco was a consummate professional. He suggested that we start by obtaining an independent stucco inspection. This would ensure that we only repaired the parts that were needed and also to form a basis for the projected cost. Our project estimate was “cost plus” basis since we were not sure how extensive the framing damage was until the stucco was removed. In the Spring of 2019 I had major stucco work done to a townhouse that I purchased in the Vermont Commons area near the intersection of Westheimer and Shepherd. When I needed a stucco repair and replacement, Marco and his team did a top-notch job that left me with confidence that the same issue will not be happening again and again. I recently had to replace the stucco on the front of my 4 story townhome, repair significant damage from water leakage, and redo my rooftop terrace. Marco and his team explained the work to be done and materials to be used. This work took over 3 months to complete and the workmanship was outstanding. The same skilled team performed all the work required that included demolition, carpentry, stucco replacement, and painting. You could see the pride they took in their work and respect they had for my property.
